Essor Hélicoptères

This company specialized in the maintenance and the storage of helicopters was looking to set up new premises at the Quebec Airport. Based on the many benefits of the Honco construction system, such as an energy efficient building, a wide clear span and a light reflective structural ceiling, Honco has obtained this contract to build a helicopter hangar. Honco’s mandate included the design, the fabrication and the installation of the self-supporting steel building with a light sloped roof. The work also included the foundation work, the supply and the installation of the second floor structure that would be occupied by the offices and a storage area, the insulation materials and the interior wall liner.
